Description

I don't do much macro photography. One reason is that I don't have a true macro lens. I shot this image by using a lens reversing ring coupled with a 28-70mm lens. A tripod, a couple of lights and a half-hour or so of finicky adjustments later, this was as sharp an image as I could get. I'm pleased with how this turned out and look forward to more macro photography.
